Due to the continuous evolving of COVID-19, our office has implemented protocols to ensure the safety of our patients and our team members. We have increased our personal protective equipment (PPE), amplified our sanitizing and office cleaning regimens, and initiated patient screenings recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Patient protocol:
- To eliminate people in our waiting room, patients are to wait in their vehicles and call upon arrival to let our staff know they are here for their scheduled appointment.
- Once patients are directed inside they will be screened at check-in. Screening consists of temperature checks and a series of questions in regards to COVID-19 symptoms. If a patient has a temperature above 99.6 ° F or above the patient cannot be seen.
- After the patient is screened, they will be taken back to their room immediately to prevent contact with others.
- We ask that face coverings are on upon arrival and departure for patients and those who may accompany them.
If patients are feeling loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat or chills, please stay home for your safety and for the safety of our office staff.
If patients have a transportation service bring them, patients are able to wait in our waiting room.
